Privacy policy
Version 2026-08-11. This version is the one recorded as evidence of consent whenever someone submits the contact form or a job application (see below).
The short version
This website has no database. Nothing you type into a form is stored in any system we run. It is sent as an email, and it lives wherever your own emails live: in our mailbox, under our normal mailbox retention.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if given) and message are sent as an email to our team. We also record, inside that same email, the time of submission, your IP address, and the version of this policy shown to you. This is the evidence the law asks us to be able to produce if you ever ask what you consented to.
Job applications
The careers form works the same way, with one addition: your CV. The file is attached to the email as you uploaded it and is never written to disk on our server: the web server discards the temporary upload the moment the request finishes. We do not keep a separate copy or a searchable archive of CVs; the email is the only copy.
Spam protection
Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a challenge that runs in your browser before submission to tell people apart from bots. Cloudflare processes your IP address to run this check; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for how they handle it. We do not receive anything from this check beyond a pass/fail result.
Cookies
We set one cookie: it remembers the language you last chose, for one year, so the site does not switch you back on every visit. We run no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Since the only record of what you sent us is the email itself, any request to see, correct or delete it is a request about that email. Write to us via the contact page and we will act on it.
